Objective
To provide a multi zoned audio system with background music in the commons areas of the hotel.
Project Overview
The hotel came to us two weeks prior to their grand opening asking for a background music system for the commons areas of the hotel. We installed flush mounted ceiling speakers in the lobby, restaurant, game room, lounge, fitness center, hallway, collaboration area, entry, and break room. Each zone has individual volume control from the two different wall controllers.
Implementation Process
- Installation of the speakers in the different areas
- Installation of a wall controller in the fitness room and the IT room
- Installation of the amplifiers in the IT room
- Installation of a network switch which ties all the pieces together.
Outcome
The hotel had a strict timeline from when they called until the work had to be completed. We were able to get the equipment ordered and in our possession, get it all installed, and had the hotel ready for opening day.
